END USER LICENSING AGREEMENT (EULA)

The EZSurfer 7.3 (short for EZSurfer.net) software ("Software") is the copyrighted work of www.EZSurfer.net Use of the Software is governed by the terms of the following license agreement, ("Agreement").
BY CLICKING THE "Next" BUTTON OR INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE, YOU CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY AND
BECOME A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, CLICK THE "Cancel" BUTTON THAT INDICATES YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS AND DO NOT INSTALL THE SOFTWARE.
The Software is made available for use by end users ("Users")
according to the Agreement. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software not in accordance with Agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.
EACH USER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE
SOFTWARE IS AT THE USERS SOLE RISK. NEITHER EZSurfer.net NOR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR FREE; NOR DOES EZSurfer.net OR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS TO BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
THE SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRIN EMENT OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE. NEITHER EZSurfer.net NOR ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THE SOFTWARE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION BASED UPON CONTRACT, NEGLIGEN

You may:

(a) use the Software on any single or network computer;

You may not:

(a) modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble (except and solely to
the extent an applicable statute expressly and specifically prohibits such restrictions),
or create derivative works based on the Software;

(b) copy the Software other than as specified above; rent, lease, grant a security
interest in, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software; or

(d) remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Software shall remain in
EZSurfer.net and its licensors. The Software is protected by copyright and other
intellectual property laws and by international treaties. Title and related rights in the content accessed through the Software is the property of the applicable content
owner and is protected by applicable law. The license granted under this Agreement gives you no rights to such content.

DISCLAIMER

EZSurfer 7.3 provides a link to other sites maintained by third parties. As such, for your convenience,
EZSurfer 7.3 facilitates access to sites on the Internet.

EZSurfer 7.3 does not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, upload, post, broadcast, rewrite information found on the third party web sites.

EZSurfer 7.3 HAS NO OWNERSHIP OR CONTROL OF THE COPYRIGHTED AND/OR TRADEMARKED MATERIALS FOUND ON THE THIRD PARTY SITES.
All trademarks and copyrights are owned and controlled exclusively by the third party web sites accessed, unless otherwise stated in their terms of services.
Furthermore, no inference or assumption should be made and no representation may be implied
that either EZSurfer 7.3, its parent or subsidiary companies or their affiliates, edit, operate or control in any respect any information, products or services on these
third party sites. EZSurfer 7.3 has no more control over the content of these sites than a public library, bookstore, or newsstand over the books, magazines or newspapers provided or sold. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers or other information or content expressed by third parties through their individual web sites, are those of the respective author(s) or distributor(s) and not of EZSurfer 7.3.
EZSurfer 7.3 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any of the

change its content and/or presentation without notice.

This Agreement and the license granted hereunder will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and any related documentation. By downloading or using the Software, you are agreeing to the foregoing an The Software is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as
on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the Software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage.
Accordingly, EZSurfer 7.3 This Agreement represents the complete agreement concerning the license granted hereunder.
EZSurfer 7.3 may modify this Agreement at any time by publication at this site. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.
EZSurfer 7.3 is "Freeware"
